Sliced Tomato Salad with Basil and Garlic Olive Oil


  • 4 large fresh tomatoes such as beefsteak or heirloom
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil chopped
  • 1 Tbsp OLEA's Garlic Infused Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt optional


  • Wash and cut tomatoes crosswise into thick slices.
  • Spread out in a single layer onto a large serving tray.
  • Sprinkle with parsley, basil, salt.
  • Drizzle with garlic olive oil
