Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs salmon
1 1/2 Tbsp Gravelbourg French Mustard
1 1/4 Tbsp OLEA's Garlic Infused Olive Oil
1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp honey or maple syrup
1/4 - 1/3 cup finely chopped pistachios
Salt + Pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F. Pat the salmon dry and season with salt and pepper.
Mix together the mustard, olive oil, lemon juice and honey and brush over the salmon fillet. For thicker pieces, slice 3/4 of the way through the fillet to allow the marinade to fully coat the fish.
Top with crushed pistachios and bake for 15-18 minutes depending on the thickness!
