Ingredients:
2 cloves garlic, grated or very finely minced
zest and juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp chili flakes
4 tsp chopped thyme leaves
6 Tbsp OLEA's extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp kosher salt
Directions:
Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl. Marinate chicken or veggies for 4-6 hours. Marinate fish for 1-2 hours.
Makes approx. half a cup.
