Ingredients:
- 1 cup diced watermelon
- 1 tablespoon OLEA's Blueberry Dark Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- club soda
- ice
Directions :
- In a blender, puree the diced watermelon until smooth.
- Strain the watermelon puree through a fine-mesh sieve into a glass.
- Add Blueberry Dark Balsamic and honey to the glass and stir until combined.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Top with club soda and stir gently.
- Garnish with a watermelon wedge and serve.
