A traditional blend of herbs and spices with just the right amount of heat. Rub it on wings, shrimp and fish.

Black Truffle
* Truffles are a treasure imported from Italy. Black Truffle salt is ideal with eggs, pasta, mashed potatoes, red meat...and especially hot-buttered popcorn.

Canadian Bacon
* Need we say more? This blend will make you think you are having bacon, but you're not. Maple syrup is imported from Quebec to give it that subtle sweet flavor and then we introduce a smoked salt and a few other spices to give you that Sunday morning feeling. Go ahead, have it on your eggs. We like it on Steelhead Trout or Salmon and pork but we love it on popcorn.

* Bring your favourite cut of beef or chicken to the next level with this outstanding rub for the BBQ or smoker.

* Himalayan Pink is harvested from ancient sea salt deposits deep in the Himalayan Mountains. It is recognized for the beautiful pink color and high mineral content. 

Holy Smoke
Holy Smoke is a bold smoked salt that has been smoked over 7 different kinds of wood including Pecan and Mesquite. It pairs well with any meat but can be a refreshing change when sprinkled on fresh salads.

Lemon Dill
* What could be better than a crystalized lemon juice, dill and hand-harvested sea salt? Lemon Dill that's a wonderful addition to fish, chicken and salads. Or trying making a dip with half mayo, half sour cream and add the lemon dill till you get the perfect taste!

Lime Pepper
* Oh, you have to try this! We use a black cracked pepper and pure lime. It has a clean crisp taste without being too sour. Great on chicken, fish and salads. Delicious on avocado or to make guacamole.

Oregano Blend
* We love this all-natural blend that is free from additives or preservatives. The Oregano is harvested in the Okanagan Valley and brought together with French Grey Sea Salt and garlic and onion. Great with any Greek or Italian dish.

Roasted Garlic
* Roasted Garlic is sea salt infused with real garlic. Try on absolutely everything!

Smokin Guns
* Get ready for this powerful blend. We decided we needed smoke and heat with a hint of lime. Use on game and any meat. Dare we say sprinkle it on popcorn. 

Sweet Onion & Bacon
* Bacon lover? Well this blend is for you. You might think you are having bacon, but you're not. With maple syrup from Quebec and our always popular smoked pepper and salts, this blend is the perfect balance between salty and sweet. With the addition of onion and garlic you have a blend that will be delicious on pork, roasted squash and other veggies, or for making your own tasty dips.
