Vanilla paste is an essential ingredient in many desserts, especially baked goods like cakes, cookies, brownies, and cupcakes, as well as custards, ice creams, whipped cream and puddings. 

It is made with a triple strength vanilla extract (making it that much more flavorful) and freshly ground vanilla bean powder. The binder is xanthum gum, a natural product. There is a small amount of sugar cane to provide the perfect amount of sweetness.
