Canadian Bacon Salmon

Ingredients:

  • ¼ Cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Canadian Bacon Blend
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup or OLEA's Maple Dark Balsamic
  • 1 pound Salmon; whole or cut into filets

  • Directions:

    1. In a small bowl mix soy sauce, Canadian Bacon and maple syrup.
    2. Place salmon in a shallow baking dish and coat with soy sauce mixture. Cover and marinate for 30 minutes or more. Flipping once.
    3. Preheat oven to 400°F.
    4. Bake salmon uncovered for 20 minutes, or until easily flaked with a fork.
    5. Serve with seasonal veggies and rice or potatoes.

    Other favourite ways to use Canadian Bacon: Popcorn, roasted veggies, pork tenderloin, scrambled eggs, cottage cheese.
