- In a small bowl mix soy sauce, Canadian Bacon and maple syrup.
- Place salmon in a shallow baking dish and coat with soy sauce mixture. Cover and marinate for 30 minutes or more. Flipping once.
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Bake salmon uncovered for 20 minutes, or until easily flaked with a fork.
- Serve with seasonal veggies and rice or potatoes.
