1.5oz Espolon Tequila Reposado
1.0oz Triple Sec
0.5oz fresh lime juice
1.0tsp Pueblo Chili Co. Smoked Peach
Splash ginger simple syrup*
Shake with ice then strain and pour in an ice-filled short glass rimmed with coarse salt mixed with Tajin if you have it.
*To make the ginger simple syrup, simply simmer 1 part water to 1 part sugar with a few slices of fresh ginger until the ginger flavour is well infused.
