Refreshing Peach Melon Ball Cups



  • Cut the watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew melon in half and remove the seeds.
  • Using a melon baller, scoop out balls from each melon. Place the melon balls in a large mixing bowl.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill the melon balls.
  • Once chilled, take small serving cups and fill each with a mix of watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew melon balls.
  • Drizzle the balsamic...just a little.
  • Garnish each cup with a fresh mint leaf
